基于玄府理论探讨风药在治疗类风湿关节炎中的应用
Exploring the application of wind-dispelling medicines in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis based on the Xuanfu theory
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic,symmetric polyarthritis,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classifies it as a"bi syndrome".Based on the TCM theory of"Xuanfu",this paper proposes that the disease is caused externally by pathogenic invasion and fundamentally by qi deficiency induced by the blockage of sweat pores.Wind-dispelling herbs,known for their properties of dispelling wind and dampness,ascending qi and eliminating cold,promote the function of sweat pores,improving the circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids,and alleviating the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.This study reviews the application of Xuanfu theory in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and explores the mechanisms and application of wind-dispelling herbs in its treatment,offering a theoretical support for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
