温胆汤加减方治疗心胆气虚型失眠的临床疗效及远期疗效观察
Clinical and long-term efficacy of modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and long-term effect of modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of insomnia with the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 63 insomnia patients with the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome were collected from the Beijing Changping Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2023 to May 2024.They were randomly divided into a treatment group(31 cases)and a control group(32 cases),with one case excluded from the treatment group,and two cases excluded from the control group.The control group received a treatment with oxazepam,while the treatment group received modified Wendan Decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,sleep quality(PSQI scores),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups after a two-month follow-up.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores were both lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The follow-up for two months showed that the recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wendan Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,improve sleep quality and TCM syndromes in the treatment of insomnia with the heart-gallbladder qi deficiency syndrome,and its long-term efficacy is stable and the treatment safety is high,which is worth promoting.关键词
