酸枣仁合归脾汤治疗老年睡眠障碍
Observation on the therapeutic effect of Suanzaoren combined with Guipi Tang in the treatment of elderly sleep disorders

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Suanzaoren combined with Guipi Tang in the treatment of elderly sleep disorders.Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with psychiatric disorders and sleep disturbances treated at the hospital from October 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were randomly allocated into an observation group(51 participants)and a control group(51 participants)utilizing a random number table.The control group was administered a standard western medical treatment,while the observation group was treated with Suanzaoren in combination with modified Guipi Tang on the basis of western treatment.After two months of treatment,comparisons were made between the two groups in the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the scores of the Sandoz Clinical Assessment Geriatric(SCAG),the Psychiatric Assessment Scale(PAS),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),time from sleep stage 1 to stage 2(S1-S2),time from stage 3 to stage 4(S3-S4),rapid eye movement time,serum cerebrospinal fluid β-amyloid protein 1-42(Aβ1-42),tau protein(P-Tau181),therapeutic efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the main syndrome scores of the observation group and the control group were(8.58±1.36)points and(9.21±1.17)points,the secondary syndrome scores were(3.81±0.63)points and(4.53±0.58)points,the PSQI scores were(9.71±2.06)points and(11.14±1.99)points,the S1-S2 scores were(161.08±18.72)minutes and(174.31±16.19)minutes,the S3-S4 scores were(51.13±4.72)minutes and(46.21±5.86)minutes,and the rapid eye movement time was(112.35±14.61)minutes and(104.05±13.54)minutes,respectively.The effective rates of treatment were 96.08%(49 cases/51 cases)and 82.35%(42 cases/51 cases),respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the SCAG scores,PAS scores,serum Aβ1-42,and P-Tau181 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Suanzaoren and modified Guipi Tang as well as antipsychotic medications in the treatment of elderly patients with psychiatric disorders and sleep disturbances helps improve sleep quality,with good efficacy and safety.关键词
