安徽省县域土地利用效率时空特征及影响因素
The spatio-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of land use efficiency in county areas of Anhui Province

Abstract
Analyzing the spatio-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of land use efficiency at the county level is of great significance for improving the urban land use level.The SBM-DDF model was used to measure the land use efficiency of counties in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2021.Spatial autocorrelation was employed to explore its spatial heterogeneity,and the spatial Durbin model was utilized to quantitatively analyze the spatial spillover effects of influencing factors.The results show that:(1)The land use efficiency of counties in Anhui Province has shown a fluctuating upward trend,with a spatial distribution evolving from"extreme dis-parity"to"balance".The agglomeration distribution among regions has become increasingly prominent,and the differences among individuals are significant.(2)The effects of influencing factors on districts and counties are different.The promotion effect of industrial upgrading on local land use efficiency is more significant in dis-tricts,while the negative spillover effect of education sharing and government-led innovation on surrounding ar-eas has a greater impact on counties and county-level cities.The spatial spillover effect of land use efficiency in districts is significantly stronger than that in counties.Anhui Province should take counties as the land use con-trol units,optimize the allocation of resources and spatial inputs,adopt differentiated control measures,actively utilize the driving role of industries and science and technology innovation,and create an integrated regional development pattern.关键词
