偏工况下轴流泵压力脉动特性分析
Pressure Pulsation Characteristics of Axial Flow Pump under Off-design Conditions

Abstract
To investigate the variation of pressure pulsations and identify the main excitation sources in axial-flow pumps under off-design conditions,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation analy-sis model was established based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)equations and the SST k-ω turbulence model to analyze spectral and spatial distribution on pressure pulsations within the pump.The research reveals that,under off-design conditions,high-amplitude pressure pulsations at the monitoring points on the axial-flow pump wall are primarily concentrated at frequencies correspond-ing to 4,11,3,and 1.3 times the shaft rotational frequency.Specifically,under low-flow conditions,the amplitude of pressure pulsations at the leading and trailing edges of the impeller blades significantly in-creases at frequencies of 11,3,and 4 times the shaft rotational frequency.Meanwhile,the amplitude at the leading and trailing edges of the guide vanes notably rises at 1.3 times the shaft rotational frequency.关键词
