基于RSM的非对称V型内置式永磁同步电机多目标优化

Abstract
An asymmetric V-shaped rotor structure was proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)cost optimization.By utilizing a symmetric interior V-shaped PMSM as the baseline,key design variables including magnetic pole angle and length and width of permanent magnet were select-ed to establish a model with dual objectives of reducing torque ripple and enhancing average output torque.A quadratic regression model for torque ripple and average output torque was established based on response surface methodology(RSM),supported by 17 electromagnetic simulation samples.The NS-GA-II algorithm was adopted to optimize the asymmetric structure parameters and obtain the optimal solution set.The comparison results show that on the premise of maintaining the comprehensive perfor-mance of the motor,the asymmetric structure reduces permanent magnet consumption by 9.2%com-pared to traditional symmetric designs,effectively reducing permanent magnet material consumption.关键词
