基于加速意图的发动机无力故障诊断方法
Powerlessness Fault Diagnosis Method for Engines Based on Acceleration Intention
摘要
Abstract
To address the high cost and low efficiency of diagnosing the powerlessness fault of commer-cial vehicle engines,a diagnostic framework was proposed.A dataset reflecting acceleration intention was constructed by analyzing commercial vehicle operation data and combining it with field test princi-ples.Acceleration intention was divided into three types:mild,moderate,and rapid.Then,the K-near-est neighbor and support vector machine algorithms were employed to build diagnostic models for the powerlessness fault of engines with these three types of acceleration intention.Compared with methods without distinguishing acceleration intention,the proposed diagnostic model improved accuracy rates by 12.4%,18.6%,and 21.9%,respectively.关键词
