下肢外骨骼机器人辅助训练在膝关节半月板损伤患者中的应用
Application of lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training in patients with knee meniscus injury

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training in patients with knee meniscus injuries.Methods:120 patients who underwent meniscus repair surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from May 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=59,receiving conventional rehabilitation)and the observation group(n=61,receiving conventional rehabilitation combined with lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training).Knee joint range of motion(ROM),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)scores,and Lysholm knee function scores were compared.Results:Before treatment,differences in knee ROM,BBS scores,IKDC scores,and Lysholm scores between the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed significantly improved knee ROM,higher BBS scores,elevated IKDC scores,and increased Lysholm scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training can effectively enhance knee ROM,functional recovery,and balance capacity in patients with meniscus injuries.关键词
