低频神经肌肉电刺激联合机器人康复训练对脑梗死后偏瘫患者的疗效
Clinical efficacy of low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with robot-assisted rehabilitation training in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of low-frequency neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES)combined with robot-assisted rehabilitation training in treating hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods:106 hemiplegic patients who were treated at Wujin Hospital of TCM from March 2021 to January 2024 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=53)and the control group(n=53)using computer-generated randomization.The control group received low-frequency NMES alone,while the observation group received additional robot-assisted rehabilitation training based on low-frequency NMES.Outcomes included muscle tone,postural stability,balance function,upper/lower limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer Assessment for Upper/Lower Extremities,FMA-UE/LE),and maximum M-wave/H-wave amplitudes.Results:After treatment,the Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS)scores in the two groups were both decreased compared to those before treatment,with a greater reduction in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The area of center of gravity movement,length of center of gravity movement,completion time of testing,and average trajectory error in both groups decreased,which were smaller in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FMA-UE,FMA-LE,and walking balance function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Maximum M-wave(Mmax)and H-wave(Hmax)amplitudes in limbs decreased after treatment,with lower values in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining low-frequency NMES with robot-assisted rehabilitation training can effectively reduce muscle tone,improve motor coordination and balance,and enhance limb motor function recovery in hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction.关键词
