摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of robot-assisted crawling training combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on rehabilitation outcomes in children with global developmental delay(GDD).Methods:Clinical data of 81 children with GDD who were treated at Baoji Central Hospital from September 2022 to September 2024 were retrospectively collected.They were divided into the control group(TMS treatment,n=41)and the combined group(robot-assisted crawling training combined with TMS,n=40)according to their rehabilitation methods.The Peabody Developmental Motor Scales-2(PDMS-2)scores,Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88)scores,Activities of Daily Living(ADL)Scale scores,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:Compared with that before intervention,improvements in Gross Motor Quotient(GMQ),Fine Motor Quotient(FMQ),Total Motor Quotient(TMQ),and GMFM-88 scores were observed in all patients,with significantly higher values in the combined group(P<0.05).ADL scores at 2 and 3 months after intervention increased in both groups,and they were markedly higher in the combined group(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in total adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For children with GDD,the combination of robot-assisted crawling training and rTMS can significantly enhance developmental status,gross motor function,and daily living abilities compared to rTMS alone,while maintaining a favorable safety.
