手供一体化联合风险管理在达芬奇Xi机器人手术器械再生处理中的应用
Application of hand-supply integration combined with risk management in the reprocessing of Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical instruments

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of hand-supply integration combined with risk management in the reprocessing of Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical instruments.Methods:A total of 1400 sets of Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical instruments from December 2022 to February 2024 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University were selected as study samples,with 700 sets from December 2022 to July 2023 assigned to the control group(managed with hand-supply integration)and 700 sets from August 2023 to February 2024 to the study group(managed with hand-supply integration combined with risk management).The effectiveness of the management model was assessed by comparing defect rates,functional quality scores,and staff satisfaction.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly lower defect rates in incorrect instrument counts,missing accessories,specification mismatches,functional failures,and failure to provide traceability codes(P<0.05).Functional quality scores of surgical instruments and staff satisfaction were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the study group showed significantly lower rates of surgical-related nosocomial infections and complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined strategy of hand-supply integration and risk management can effectively reduce instrument failure rates,enhance management efficiency,improve staff satisfaction and patient safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
