Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of the family nurse diet therapy model constructed based on family nurse diet therapy theory in overweight/obese patients.Methods:A total of 350 overweight/obese patients were provided with the family nurse diet therapy model within 42 days.Body weight and BMI values of the 350 patients were measured and compared before and after the intervention.Repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA)was used to compare body weight values at four time points:pre-intervention,42 days of intervention,1 month after intervention,and 6 months after intervention.Paired samples t-tests were performed for pairwise comparisons of body weight and BMI values across the four time points.Results:After 42 days of intervention,the body weight and BMI values of all 350 patients significantly decreased(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in body weight and BMI values among the 42-day intervention,1-month post-intervention,and 6-month post-intervention time points(P>0.05).Conclusions:The family nurse diet therapy model rich in non-nutrients has a significant improvement effect on overweight/obese patients and can achieve short-term weight loss goals.关键词
