机器人辅助胰十二指肠切除术培训的现状与思考
Current status and considerations on training for robot-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy
摘要
Abstract
Robot-assisted pancreaticoduodenectomy(RPD)has emerged as a one of the most favored surgical approaches for pancrea-ticoduodenectomy(PD)in recent years.Due to the procedural complexity and prolonged learning curve of RPD,strategies to shorten the training cycle and enhance early-phase surgical safety have become critical challenges in clinical education.Currently, based on the experience of the University of Pittsburgh,proficiency-based structured training programs have been established. These programs mainly include virtual reality(VR)simulation modules,non-living tissue simulation courses, surgical video-based training, intraoperative mentoring and continuous feedback loops. Results have shown that such training programs can help next-generation surgeons reduce the learning curve while enhancing the safety and efficacy of RPD.Future optimizations may include case selection stratified by complexity,dual-console collaborative training,3D virtual modeling and augmented reality navigation. This review provides an overview of the current training programs of RPD,offering insights for the development of future training curriculum.关键词
