Research on the Innovative Construction of the Cultivating System for Economic Talents in Local Characteristic Universities from the Perspective of New Liberal Arts

Abstract
How to construct a talent cultivating system that conforms to the characteristics of the times under the background of new liberal arts has become an urgent problem to be solved for local characteristic universities.Firstly,taking liberal arts as a breakthrough strategy,subject integration as the foothold,and curriculum ideological and political education as the innovation point,the research conducts necessity and sufficiency analysis.Secondly,starting from aspects such as the practice of new liberal arts construction,interdisciplinary integration,cultivating concepts,cultivating processes,and curriculum ideological and political education,it focuses on analyzing the main existing problems.Finally,it innovatively proposes the paths for constructing the economic talent cultivating system in local characteristic universities,such as innovatively constructing the new liberal arts talent cultivating system,conducting high-level innovation practice of the economics curriculum system,innovating and optimizing the general education curriculum module,making innovative exploration and continuous practice of applying modern information technology to teaching,innovating the student management concepts and methods in new liberal arts construction,and constructing the whole-process teaching quality evaluation and guarantee system for new liberal arts talent cultivation.关键词
