Abstract

In order to improve the mass concrete construction quality of hydropower station,this paper takes a Grade 3 hydropower station in Guizhou Province as an example to study the concrete crack characteristics of lock chamber and stilling pool floor,and puts forward specific control measures.The practice shows that the longest surface crack of concrete on the floor of lock chamber is 218.75mm,and the longest surface crack of concrete on the floor of stilling pool is 124.42mm,which are plastic collapse cracks and plastic shrinkage cracks respectively,and both of them exceed the threshold value of crack width specification,and should be strengthened.After adopting epoxy grouting+carbon fiber mesh composite technology to stiffen the lock chamber and flexible waterstop+silane impregnation composite technology to repair the stilling pool,all the monitoring indexes meet the requirements of the standard and the construction effect is good.
