Abstract
With the deepening of the Healthy China strate-gy and the continuous deepening of medical education re-form,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of medical talent training.Through in-depth analy-sis of the connotation and relationship between medical stu-dents'competence and labor education,as well as the neces-sity of conducting labor education for medical students,it is found that the current combination of medical students'labor education and competence cultivation is not close enough,lacking systematicity and pertinence;The content and form of labor education are relatively single,making it difficult to meet the needs of medical students at different levels and in different majors;The evaluation system for la-bor education has obvious shortcomings,making it difficult to scientifically and comprehensively measure the effective-ness of education;The current situation and existing prob-lems include insufficient emphasis on labor education,in-sufficient resource support,and institutional guarantees.Therefore,a competency oriented path for cultivating medi-cal students'labor education is proposed from the aspects of top-level design,content setting,and effectiveness evalu-ation.Create a labor education module that corresponds to the competency of medical students through"four-dimen-sional integration",innovate the"three in one"labor educa-tion curriculum system of"theory+practice+expansion",ex-pand the"diverse types"of labor education practice plat-forms,build a multi perspective,multi-level,and multi-di-mensional labor education evaluation system,deeply inte-grate labor education with the cultivation of medical stu-dents'competency,and comprehensively enhance the com-prehensive literacy of medical students.关键词
