糖尿病前期周围神经病变与CVD发生风险的相关性研究
Correlation Between Pre-diabetic Peripheral Neuropa-thy and CVD Risk Occurrence

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and the risk of cardiovascu-lar diseases(CVD)in pre-diabetic population,and to ana-lyze the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases in diabetic patients.Methods Cross-sectional study was used to contin-uously include pre-diabetic patients under the management of MMC chronic disease model of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.According to the diagnostic criteria of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,they were divid-ed into DPN group and non-DPN group.The basic data and biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared,and the neuron-specific enolase(NES)and phosphorylated neurofilament heavy chain(pNFH)of the two groups were measured.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of DPN and the correlation between peripheral neuropathy and the risk of cardiovascular dis-ease in pre-diabetic patients.Results There were signifi-cant differences in sex,TG,China-PAR score,pNFH and NSE between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in age,height,weight,BMI,waist cir-cumference,visceral fat area,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,UA and UACR between groups(P>0.05).The abnormal sensory nerve conduction was taken as the dependent variable,and gender,TG,China-PAR score,pNFH and NSE were taken as the independent variables for binary logistic regression analysis.The results showed that gender,China-PAR score,pNFH and NSE were independent influencing factors of ab-normal sensory nerve conduction,with statistical differenc-es(P<0.05).The correlation between sensory nerve con-duction abnormality and China-PAR score was analyzed,and the correlation coefficient r was 0.158(P<0.05),which indicated that there was a correlation between diabet-ic peripheral neuropathy and cardiovascular risk,but the correlation was weak.Both pNFH and NSE can predict the peripheral neuropathy in pre-diabetes.Conclusion There is a correlation between the occurrence of peripheral neuropa-thy and cardiovascular risk in pre-diabetic population.PNFH and NSE have certain predictive value for peripheral neuropathy.PNFH and NSE may be potential sensitive bio-markers for early diagnosis of DPN.关键词
