摘要

Abstract

IK,as the protection level of the electrical equipment shell mechanical impact,is an important test standard in the structural design process.In this study,the IK10(20 J energy)simulation model is built by finite element software.Compared with the experiments,the strain prediction error of the model is less than 6%,and the initial position of the crack can be accurately captured,with good consistency.Based on the above model,the wall thickness of the ADC12 material shell is optimized,IK simulation of shells with different wall thicknesse is conducted,training samples for Support Vector Machines(SVM)is provided,and a regression relationship between wall thickness and equivalent plastic strain is constructed to seek the minimum wall thickness meeting with the structural strength.The implementation of local lightweight design has guiding significance for the research and development of similar products.
