Abstract
In order to reduce part selection time in value assembly process,increase spare parts rate and improve value mass production efficiency,a value part batch selection system based on HK algorithm was developed.The value fitting tolerance database was established inside the system,targeting at the maximum mathing number,the maximum matching was calculated using HK algorithm,and the advantages of graphic programming of Labview platform and data processing of Python programming language were combined to improve the efficiency and flexibility of system development and enhance engineering application.A batch of matching clearance requirements of 0.055 mm to 0.075 mm pressure reducer selection were verified.It took the system 10 s,30 s and 50 s respectively choosing 200,500 and 1000 parts in line with the matching clearance requirements,successfully matching the number of sets as 195,419 and 871.Compared with the existing manual parts matching method,the results show that the intelligent matching system can improve the production efficiency,and provides intelligent means for batch manufacturing of value.关键词
