畜禽粪便水热液化处理与资源化研究进展
Research Progress on Hydrothermal Liquefaction Treatment and Resource Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Manure

Abstract
In order to more effectively concentrate heavy metals in hydrochar and achieve reduced emissions and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,based on the main components of livestock and poultry manure and the mechanism of hydrothermal liquefaction,this paper focuses on the effects of raw materials,reaction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,residence time,catalysts,solvents and other factors on the yield and physicochemical properties of biocrude.The properties of hydrothermal liquefaction products and the prospects for resource utilization,as well as the distribution and toxicity of heavy metals in hydrochar,are also discussed.The result showed that,the synergistic effect of various factors is significant,but the mechanism of their interaction is not yet clear.There are still problems with the separation of hydrothermal liquefaction products,such as high selling prices and costs,and difficulty in scaling up.In the future,it is necessary to develop green extractants and explore appropriate auxiliary processes to improve the separation efficiency of products,reduce the cost of large-scale application,and promote the hydrothermal liquefaction technology in the treatment and resource utilization of livestock manure,with a view to providing a reference for adjusting the parameters of the hydrothermal liquefaction process in the future to improve the application potential of products and reduce environmental pollution.关键词
