静态与动态过程中松树皮、核桃壳吸附典型污染物的特性
Characteristics of Typical Pollutants Adsorbed by Pine Bark and Walnut Shell in Static and Dynamic Processes

Abstract
To assess the efficacy of agricultural and forestry wastes as adsorbents,this study employed pine bark and walnut shell as subjects,characterizing them using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and other analytical techniques to elucidate their adsorption mechanisms.Static and dynamic tests were conducted to analyze their actual adsorption capacities.The findings indicate that,pine bark and walnut shell are representative biomass materials,with phase compositions compri-sing organic macromolecules such as cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin.However,their surface structures differ signifi-cantly.Both materials exhibit a rich presence of oxygen-containing functional groups,showing high similarity in this aspect.During static tests,pine bark and walnut shell demonstrated considerable adsorption potential.In dynamic vertical flow experiments,their adsorption performance for various pollutants varied notably,with an average removal rate for TP of only 20%~30%.This disparity is attributed to the selective adsorption properties of the surface oxygen-containing functional groups,which tend to adsorb different types of pollutants preferentially.The adsorption effects on NH4+-N and COD were more pronounced than on TP,largely due to mechanisms such as precipitation reactions and ion exchange.Consequently,pine bark and walnut shell exhibit a strong adsorption effect on typical pollutants and,given their wide availability,are excellent adsorbent materials.关键词
