摘要

Abstract

Mounting pressur,being one of critical process parameters affecting the mounting quality of the surface patch resistance of the conformal antenna,its improper control,considering the small-sized patch resistor and narrow gap between the pads,may cause the installation to deviate and even damage the conformal antenna,seriously affecting product performance.To meet the requirements of compliant pressure control in the conformal antenna mounting process,the process of changing the contact force is analyzed,and a second-order"mass-damping-spring"system is constructed between the end of the patch and the conformal antenna substrate.A mounting pressure controller is designed based on the admittance control strategy,and the improved firework algorithm is applied to optimize the inertia parameters,damping parameters and stiffness parameters of the admittance control,whose effectiveness is verified by modeling,simulation and practical experiments.
