Historical context and future prospects of the popularization process of higher education
摘要
Abstract
The popularization of higher education in China has gone through several stages:concept introduction and scale expansion,the escalating contradiction between education scale and quality,quality improvement of popularization and deepening of educational equity,and high-quality development of higher education popularization.In the popularization stage,the high-quality development of higher education faces challenges such as the misalignment of educational development and quality assurance concepts,uneven regional development structure and distribution of higher education,and one-sided and narrow positioning and understanding of educational equity.Facing the development trend of world higher education and the needs of national economic and social development,China's higher education must take the initiative to reform and plan ahead,shifting from"seeking bigness through quantity"to"striving for strength through quality",from"resource concentration and dependence"to"scientific and balanced layout",reconstructing the concept of educational equity,and promoting the high-quality development of higher education.关键词
