知识管理视域下我国高校交叉学科组织结构变革研究
Study on the organizational structure reform of interdiscipline in Chinese universities from the perspective of knowledge management

Abstract
Interdiscipline is an emerging discipline driven by the heterogeneous growth of multidisciplinary knowledge.As a knowledge-based organization,the interdisciplinary organizational structure of Chinese universities should follow the characteristics of interdisciplinary knowledge and promote its knowledge increment.However,the existing organizational structures of universities have some disadvantages in adapting to interdisciplinary knowledge production,such as the difficulty in achieving interdisciplinary knowledge sharing in terms of cultural identity,the difficulty in promoting interdisciplinary knowledge innovation in terms of institutional design,and the difficulty in facilitating the value-added of interdisciplinary knowledge in terms of resource integration.Therefore,it has significant theoretical and practical significance to explore the practical path of promoting interdisciplinary organizational structure reform in Chinese universities from the perspective of knowledge management,The interdisciplinary organizational structure in Chinese universities should be transformed towards the hypertext framework,with the goal of maximizing knowledge efficiency;Knowledge sharing as the cultural identity;Flexible organizational management as the institutional trend;The combination of virtual and reality,and multi-directional promotion as the path of the resource coupling.关键词
