摘要

Abstract

By applying the grounded theory research method,through content analysis of the policy texts from 100 universities,a theoretical logic model of the policy texts of the college professorship system was constructed.The model shows that the overall design of the college professorship system in China presents a basic logic from"conceptual principles"to"ideological orientation"and then to"institutional guarantee".At present,while the current college professorship system has achieved practical results in terms of admission standard,evaluation system,and the evaluation and appointment mechanism,it still faces several practical difficulties,such as the value orientation of"research first"deviating from the original intention of education,the evaluation standard of"quantity first"falling into the trap of utilitarianism,the"uniform standard"assessment model restricting innovation autonomy,and the"appointment deficiency"management model hindering sustainable development.Based on this,colleges and universities should refine the evaluation and assessment standards for education to promote the return to the original position of teaching and educating;The quality assessment system should be improved to establish a clear orientation of both quantity and quality;A systematic and differentiated evaluation system should be established to improve the development pattern of making the best use of everyone's talents;The effective connection between evaluation and appointment should be promoted to stimulate the inexhaustible motivation for entrepreneurship and work.These are the optimization paths for the college professorship system.
