摘要

Abstract

Against the backdrop of increasing global sustainable development challenges,universities not only undertake the mission of promoting the sustainable development agenda,but also optimize one's own organization and functions through this process,forming a two-way synergistic interaction of"promotion-feedback".Synergy theory provides an academic basis for understanding the interaction mechanism between universities and the sustainable development agenda.Through the multi-dimensional mechanisms of strategic synergy,educational synergy,research synergy,social synergy and cultural synergy,universities not only promote the realisation of sustainable development goals through goal integration,curriculum reform,interdisciplinary innovation,social services and the construction of green campuses,but also promote the adjustment of the internal governance structure,the reconstruction of the talent cultivation system and the renewal of cultural concepts.However,the promotion of the two-way synergies mechanism still faces challenges such as conceptual differences,organizational inertia,disciplinary barriers and ambiguous service boundaries.It is urgently necessary to further unleash the institutional momentum and practical potential of universities in sustainable development by improving the collaborative mechanism,perfecting the institutional system,building a green education system and fostering cultural identity,so as to provide stronger support for achieving the sustainable development goals.
