智慧医学视域下基于连续帧上下文信息与扩散模型的医学影像分割方法研究
Application of medical image segmentation method based on continuous frame context information and diffusion model in the perspective of smart medicine

Abstract
Objective:To propose a medical image segmentation method based on continuous frame contextual information and diffusion model to address the issues of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis caused by excessive reliance on physician experience in MRI diagnosis,aiming to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.Methods:232 rectal cancer patients who were treated at the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery,Nantong Tumor Hospital from January 2021 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.Based on different MRI image segmentation methods,they were divided into the group A(n=116)and the group B(n=116).Group A received traditional segmentation method,while Group B underwent the proposed medical image segmentation based on continuous-frame contextual information and diffusion model.Diagnostic efficiency,accuracy,nursing quality,patient complaint rate,and incidence of disputes were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with group A,shorter diagnostic time,lower rates of missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis,complaints,missed detection,and disputes,as well as higher scores in diagnostic speed,diagnostic quality,and nursing quality were observed in group B with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent segmentation method based on continuous frame contextual information and diffusion model can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of MRI diagnosis for rectal cancer,while also enhance postoperative nursing quality,leading to a notable reduction in patient complaint and dispute rates.This approach provides effective technical support for the high-quality development of smart medicine.关键词
