Domestic surgical robot-assisted laparoscopic cystotomy with foreign body removal:a case report(with surgical video)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and safety of Toumai® four-arm laparoscopic surgical robot-assisted laparoscopic cystotomy with foreign body removal.Methods:This article reports a case of intrauterine device(IUD)migration with bladder perforation managed by robot-assisted laparoscopic cystotomy and foreign body removal at Baotou Central Hospital.Results:The surgery was successfully completed within 45 min,with an estimated blood loss of 10 mL.No intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred.Two-week follow-up confirmed satisfactory healing of the bladder incision.Conclusion:The study confirmed the efficacy of domestic robot-assisted surgery in managing rare bladder perforation caused by an ectopic IUD.The selected approach proved rational,with excellent recovery outcomes,offering valuable insights for clinical practice.关键词
