经皮置钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果和血清学观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and serological observation of percutaneous screw placement internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.Methods The 83 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were di-vided into minimally invasive group(percutaneous screw placement internal fixation treatment,42 cases)and con-ventional group(open pedicle screw internal fixation,41 cases)according to different surgical methods.The opera-tion situation,postoperative complications,the changes of pain factors and oxidative stress reaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Both groups were followed up for 6～18 months.The volume of blood loss,time to get out of bed after surgery and hospitalization time in minimally invasive group were all less(shorter)than those in conventional group(P<0.01).At 3 d after operation,the levels of serum prostaglandin E2,substance P,hydroxide ion,malondialdehyde and cortisol in the two groups were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the data in the minimally invasive group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.01).The incidence of postoper-ative complications in minimally invasive group was lower than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of percutaneous screw placement on thoracolumbar fracture is significant,with minimal trauma and few postoperative complications,which can inhibit the release of body's pain factors,and have little effect on the oxidative stress reaction of patients.关键词
