摘要

Abstract

Objective:To summarize the perioperative nursing coordination experience for salivary gland tumor resection using the domestic Kangduo surgical robot system via postauricular hairline approach.Methods:Clinical data from 16 patients who underwent robot-assisted salivary gland tumor resection via postauricular hairline approach at West China Hospital of Stomatology,Sichuan University from November 2023 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed to summarize key nursing procedures and precautions.Results:All 16 cases of surgery were successfully completed without conversion to open surgery.Patients showed minimal intraoperative blood loss,reduced trauma,and no postoperative complications such as facial nerve injury.Conclusion:The procedure requires surgical nurses to possess comprehensive competencies,including thorough preoperative preparation,mastery of the Kangduo robotic system,along with systematic,meticulous and individualized nursing coordination,which are essential foundations for enhancing surgical efficiency and ensuring patient safety.
