伤椎高度恢复量对经皮椎体后凸成形术后疗效的影响
Influence of the degree of height restoration of injured vertebrae on clinical effect after percu-taneous kyphoplasty

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of the restoration degree of injured vertebra height on the therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods The 253 patients with OVCFs were divided into Group A(restoration degree of injured vertebra height>2 mm,207 cases)and Group B(restoration degree of injured vertebra height≤2 mm,46 cases)according to the restoration degree of injured vertebra height after surgery.The volume of bone cement injection and leakage rate,pain VAS,ODI,and restoration degree of injured vertebra height were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 12~36 months.The volume of bone cement injection in Group A was more than that in Group B(P<0.05),and the leakage rate in Group B was higher than that in Group A(P<0.05).The pain VAS and ODI:Both groups were lower than those before surgery on the 1st day after surgery(P<0.01),and there were no statisti-cal differences between the two groups after surgery(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in the reference height of injured vertebra and the compression rate of injured vertebra between the two groups(P>0.05),and the restoration degree and recovery rate of injured vertebra height in Group A were more(higher)than those in Group B(P<0.01).The local Cobb angle in Group A was smaller than that in Group B after surgery(P<0.01),and the change value of local Cobb angle in Group A was more than that in Group B(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression showed that there was a positive correlation between the volume of bone cement injection and the restoration degree of injured vertebra height,between the restoration degree of injured vertebra height and the change amount of local Cobb angle,and between the volume of bone cement injection and the change volume of local Cobb angle(P<0.05).Conclusions The restoration degree of injured vertebra height after PKP for OVCF does not affect the short-term efficacy,but the restoration degree of injured vertebra height is positively correlated with the volume of bone cement injection and the change amount of local Cobb angle.In order not to cause bone cement leakage,the volume of bone cement injection should be increased.关键词
