Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing cooperation in robot-assisted total knee arthroplasty(RA-TKA).Methods:50 patients who underwent RA-TKA at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25)using a random number table.The control group received conventional nursing cooperation,while the observation group received optimized perioperative nursing cooperation.The knee joint conditions,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at admission and 3 months postoperatively.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in Lysholm scores and VAS scores between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,VAS scores were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05),the quality of life scores and the NSNS scores were significantly higher in the observation group,compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimized perioperative nursing cooperation can effectively reduce pain levels,improve quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing RA-TKA.
