挖掘机双泵多阀协调控制系统平滑模式切换策略
Smooth mode switching strategy of dual-pump multi-valve coordinated control system for excavators
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of shock and oscillation under mode switching in independent metering control systems,a smooth mode switching strategy of dual-pump multi-valve coordinated control system was proposed for medium and large excavators.Compared with traditional mode switching strategies only based on load force detection,a mode switching criterion was established combining with load force detection and outlet valve opening.Based on the analysis of the unsteadiness in the process of mode switching,a strategy was devised to ensure the continuity of valve port signal control and enable one-way mode switching,effectively addressing the issue of frequent mode switching during control command transitions or load fluctuations.Test results of the dual-pump multi-valve coordinated control system for the 20 t excavator show that the proposed strategy guarantees no speed and pressure oscillations during the working process at various speeds,which enables seamless mode-switching while ensuring the motion control performance of the excavator.关键词
