摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the inadequacy of worker collaboration and space limitation considerations in the multi-manned disassembly model,the multi-manned and mixed-model time and space disassembly line balancing problem considering worker collaboration was proposed by combining the necessity of multi-product mixing disassembly and task categorization in actual disassembly.First,a mixed-integer programming model of the proposed problem was developed,aiming to simultaneously optimize the four objectives,which were cycle time,idle index,total number of workers,and task penalty function.Secondly,an improved Jaya algorithm was proposed.Based on the problem characteristics,three-layer integer coding approach was adopted,and two-stage decoding was designed and original operations were discretized and improved to ensure that the solutions were feasible.Then,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm were verified by solving a small-scale example.Finally,the proposed model and algorithm were applied to an instance of automobile disassembly,yielding a range of disassembly schemes for decision-makers to flexibly choose from.
