骨科机器人导航技术在早期股骨头坏死治疗中的应用
Application of orthopedic robot navigation technique in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the advantages of orthopedic robot navigation technique applied in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis.Methods The 76 patients with early femoral head necroses were divided into the robot navigation group(using orthopedic robot navigation technique to assist in femoral head decompression+bioceramic rod system treatment,38 cases)and the conventional group(using conventional femoral head decompression+bioceramic rod system treatment,38 cases)based on whether orthopedic robot navigation technique was used.The intraoperative indicators,incidence of adverse events,and femoral head collapse were compared between two groups.The Harris score was used to evaluate hip joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 24 months.The robot navigation group was shorter(less)than the conventional group in the following terms of the incision length,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative positioning fluoroscopy frequency,intraoperative femoral head decompression fluoroscopy frequen-cy,total intraoperative fluoroscopy frequency,and surgical time(P<0.01).There were no cases of insufficient or ex-cessive depth of the positioning guide needle,insufficient decompression of the femoral head necrosis area,penetration of the femoral head cartilage by the positioning guide needle,or iatrogenic fractures in both groups.At the last follow-up,there was no statistical difference in the non collapse rate of the femoral head between the two groups(P>0.05).Hip joint function evaluated with Harris score:Both groups had higher scores at the last follow-up and 1 month after surgery than before surgery(P<0.05),and both groups had higher scores at the last follow-up than1 month after sur-gery(P<0.05);there were no statistical differences between the two groups at 1 month after surgery and the last fol-low-up(P>0.05).Conclusions For the treatment of early femoral head necrosis,orthopedic robot navigation tech-nique assisted femoral head decompression+bioceramic rod system has more advantages in terms of minimally invasive,precise,and safe surgery,providing a new minimally invasive option for young patients with early femoral head necrosis.关键词
