Distributed hybrid flow shop scheduling method considering worker factors and transportation resources

Abstract
A distributed hybrid flow shop scheduling problem considering both worker factors and transportation resource constraints was abstracted from the production process of aluminum industry,and the optimized objective function was to minimize the maximum completion time and minimize the maximum worker fatigue.For the distributed hybrid flow shop scheduling problem,based on the basic framework of evolutionary multi-task optimization algorithm,a problem collaborative multi-task collaborative optimization algorithm was constructed.The complex overall problem was decomposed into two relatively independent sub-problems.Each sub-problem adopted the corresponding optimization algorithm framework for collaborative search,and the overall problem was solved by integrating the optimization individuals of the two sub-problems.Finally,8 local reinforcement mechanisms were introduced to further optimize the population,and experimental results further demonstrated the high efficiency of the proposed algorithm.关键词
