水润滑条件下星形圈的摩擦力特性分析
Frictional characteristics of star-ring under water-lubricated conditions
摘要
Abstract
To reveal the friction force characteristics of the star-ring under the condition of water lubrication,a hybrid lubrication seal model based on the inverse hydrodynamic lubrication(IHL)and elastic deformation theory was developed.Through the comprehensive analysis method of Ansys simulation,Matlab numerical calculation and experimental comparison,the effects of fluid pressure and reciprocating speed on the friction force of the star-ring seal were explored.A comparative analysis on the friction characteristics of the star-ring and the O-ring was also conducted.Results show that the calculated friction force is close to the experimental value,and the established model has high accuracy.Under the same conditions,the magnitude of the friction force between the star-ring and the O-ring will reverse as the fluid pressure increases.关键词
