Effect of different harvest periods on the quality of Ambrosia apples
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the suitable harvest period of Ambrosia apples,set the harvest time on September 6th,September 9th,September 12th,September 15th and September 19th,discussed the influence of different harvest period on fruit quality,used the subordinate function method of the harvest period of Ambrosia apples fruit quality comprehensive evaluation,selected suitable for Ambrosia apples harvest period.The results showed that different harvest periods had a great influence on the quality of Ambrosia apples.On September 6th,the largest fruit hardness was 9.39 kg/cm2,but there was no significant difference between the periods.The soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio of Ambrosia apples harvested on September 15th were higher than those at other periods.The comprehensive evaluation score of fruit quality of Ambrosia apples harvested on September 15th was the highest.Based on the above indicators,it is concluded that the suitable harvest period for Ambrosia apples in the Luzhong region in 2024 should be September 15th.关键词
