施用植物生长调节剂对无核翠宝葡萄品质影响
Effect of plant growth regulator on the quality of Wuhecuibao grape
摘要
Abstract
The greenhouse-grown Wuhecuibao grapes were sprayed with the plant growth regulators gibberellin(GA3)and chloropyrifos(CPPU)2 d after the end of flowering,and four treatments were set up:gibberellin(GA3)10 mg/L,GA3 3 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L,GA3 5 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L,GA3 10 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L,and sprayed with fresh water as the control,to study the effect of growth regulator fruit quality of Wuhecuibao.The results showed that all four treatments could increase the spike weight,spike length,and spike width of seedless Wuhecuibao grapes;enhance the brightness and greenness of the fruit grains;thick of cob,stem,and stalk;reduce the soluble solids content of the fruit and increase the total acid content,resulting in a slightly lighter fruit taste;The mixed solution of GA3 5 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L and GA3 10 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L increased fruit hardness;Considering the effects of various treatments,it is recommended to apply GA310 mg/L+CPPU 1 mg/L in production.关键词
