摘要
Abstract
To address environmental requirements, adjacent structure disturbance control, and hard rock drilling efficiency in deep-water bridge reconstruction and expansion projects, this study takes a Yangtze River Bridge project as a case to compare the applicability of rotary drilling, impact drilling,rotary-percussive drilling, and clean water drilling processes.Through analysis of hole formation efficiency, environmental performance, and economic indicators,an impact reverse circulation clean water drilling technology is proposed, integrating the borehole wall protection advantages of impact drilling with the environmental benefits of clean water drilling.Research demonstrates that this process replaces slurry wall protection with pump-absorption reverse circulation technology, reducing the hole formation cycle to 20-22 days per pile in siltstone strata, achieving comprehensive costs of 740 CNY/m3 while eliminating slurry pollution.Combined with staggered hole sequences,it effectively mitigates construction disturbance, meeting both water source protection requirements and safety standards for adjacent pile foundations. This study provides an efficient and environmentally friendly technical solution for similar projects.关键词
