Abstract
Diospyros lotus,also known as black date,is characterized by its dense flesh,sweet flavor,and abundant nutritional value.In recent years,the health function and medicinal value of black dates have been continuously developed,fruit and processed products are more and more loved by consumers,and the market price has risen year by year.At the same time,Diospyros lotus has a wide range of suitable life,strong stress resistance,both landscaping and ecological restoration functions,and has a greater development and utilization prospects.This study introduced the value of the development and utilization of Diospyros lotus industry,the current situation,advantages,existing problems and suggestions of Diospyros lotus industry in southern Hebei Province,in order to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Diospyros lotus industry in southern Hebei Province.关键词
