Abstract
In order to improve the noise reduction and anti-slip performance of exposed concrete pavement in mountainous areas,the effects of different coarse aggregates,structural depth and exposure degree on the performance of exposed concrete were deeply analyzed through indoor simulation tests.The results show that the temperature has a significant effect on the washing time of exposed concrete,and the washing time is significantly advanced in high temperature environment.Therefore,in a high temperature environment,the construction process needs to be precisely controlled.Deep exposed rock structure can effectively improve the skid resistance of pavement,especially at 1 600 cycles of wear,the mass loss rate of granite concrete is 29.21%lower than that of limestone concrete,indicating that the skid resistance of granite exposed rock concrete is relatively good.In addition,with the increase of structure depth,pavement noise decreased significantly,and the two showed a good quadratic function relationship(correlation coefficient R2=0.946).The optimization of rock exposure can effectively reduce noise,and the optimal rock exposure range is 68~72,which has a good noise reduction effect.关键词
