Overview of Frontier Technologies for Intelligent Manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
As the evolution paradigm of modern manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing promotes the global manufacturing power to redefine its industrial competition strategy framework through the deep integration of new generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology.Its core goal is to build an intelligent production system with the capabilities of data penetration in the whole manufacturing process,collaborative linkage of all factors and dynamic optimization in the whole cycle,so as to realize intelligent decision-making,collaborative optimization,process visualization,and sustainable operation in the dimension of the whole product life cycle,further promoting the manufacturing industry onwards to intelligentization,digitalization and cybrization.This paper analyzes the relevant definitions and standards of intelligent manufacturing,systematically summarizes the relevant characteristics,development trends and future challenges of intelligent manufacturing frontier technology,and contributes the methodological support for the theoretical innovation and implementation strategy of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing system.关键词
