摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as long layering pouring period and difficult joint quality control for highway Bridges,the feasibility of single pouring construction technology and key control measures are systematically studied in this paper combined with the construction practice of a cross-river bridge,and through optimizing the concrete mix design,temperature field monitoring and analysis,layering fabric technology and intelligent temperature control system,the single pouring of cap is successfully realized.The practice shows that the temperature difference between the inside and outside concrete is controlled within 20℃after the single pouring technology is adopted,no harmful cracks appear,the construction efficiency is increased by 40%,the construction period is shortened by 15 d,and the comprehensive cost is reduced by 12%.Therefore,the proposed construction technology of highway bridge mass concrete cap is feasible.
