摘要

Abstract

Helium gas isolation valve used in high temperature gas cooled reactor in nuclear power plant is applied to open and shut the helium in the reactor circuit,and its sealing performance plays a crucial role in the safe operation of the reactor.To cope with the decrease of the sealing performance of helium gas isolation valve and the failure of the valve disassembling from the system,an on-line grinding maintenance equipment is designed based on the sealing surface of helium gas isolation valve.The sealing performance test verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of on-line grinding maintenance of the helium gas isolation valve simulant.
