Abstract
This study addresses the stability and safety issues of weak foundations in high-rise residential building projects by using vacuum preloading and low-energy dynamic compaction reinforcement techniques for foundation pretreatment.A drainage system is constructed using materials such as plastic drainage boards and vacuum membranes,as well as vacuum pumps and low-energy dynamic compaction equipment for foundation reinforcement.The research results indicate that the compactness of the reinforced soil is significantly improved,with a bearing capacity of 86~150 kPa,meeting the requirements of construction.In addition,through drilling and soil sampling tests,it was verified that the physical and mechanical properties of the pre treated soil were improved,with a decrease in moisture content and a significant increase in shear strength.The reinforcement technology used can effectively improve the stability of weak foundations and provide strong guarantees for the safety of high-rise residential buildings.关键词
