摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the damage repair technology of hydraulic concrete,the interfacial durability of metal aggregate mortar and base concrete was studied through impermeability test,dry and wet cycle test and salt freezing cycle test.The results show that compared with ordinary concrete,the 28 d water absorption of polyurethane mortar specimen decreases by 70.8%,the seepage height decreases by 61.6%,the relative permeability coefficient decreases by 75.2%,and the impermeability grade is P8.At 90 dry and wet cycles,The mass loss rate on erosion to Na2 SO4 and MgSO4 was 0.22%and 0.17%,respectively.Its shear strength is 11.9%and 8.6%lower than that of uncycled specimens,respectively.Upon 150 cycles of salt-freezing,the test pieces mass loss rates on Na2 SO4 and MgSO4 were 4.37%and 3.81%,respectively.Its shear strength is 31.9%and 24.8%lower than that of uncycled specimens.The metal aggregate mortar can effectively improve the impermeability and interfacial durability of concrete,and the polyurethane mortar has better performance.
