Abstract
In order to improve the safety and economy of the low-rise brick-concrete building,the design scheme and construction technology of manual digging and enlarging pile were deeply analyzed,and the application effect was evaluated by taking a building enlarging project as an example.Practice shows that by using a dug and expanded pile with a diameter of 1.5 m and an enlarged head of 2.0 m,the compressive bearing capacity of a single pile can reach 1 600 kN,the pile foundation settlement is less than 7 mm,the material cost is reduced by 12%,and the pass rate of pile integrity detection is≥95%,all of which meet the requirements of the code.The results show that the optimization of hole forming process and pile foundation connection design can significantly improve the stability of existing buildings,reduce the reconstruction cost,and have good engineering application effect.关键词
