Abstract
With the diversification of demands for leisure and entertainment,indoor ski resorts are developing rapidly.This paper dissected the characteristics of the engineering contracting management model for large-scale indoor ski resort projects,and conducted a case study of Shanghai Yaoxue Ice and Snow World,to explorethe practical application of engineering contracting management.The paper mainly summarized innovations in design interfaces,schedule control,process optimization,technology integration,risk management,collaboration mechanisms,etc.,with the aim of providing experience and reference for the engineering contracting management of indoor ski resorts and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.关键词
