Study on the Application of Whole-Process Management in Hospital Infrastructure Projects

Abstract
With the continuous development of the medical industry,hospital infrastructure projects are playing an increasingly prominent role in enhancing the quality of medical services and improving the healthcare environment.Based on practical work experience,this paper explored the approach to applying whole-process management in hospital infrastructure projects.Starting with relevant concepts of whole-process management in hospital infrastructure projects,the paper analyzed their unique characteristics,and expounded the key points of implementing whole-process management at various stages of the construction cycle,which could provide reference for improving the management efficiency of hospital infrastructure projects.关键词
